KU9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, abusive conduct, or regulatory requirements.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting KU9's customer support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, KU9 will process any outstanding withdrawable balance (subject to KYC and wagering conditions being satisfied) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
